Well first of all theres not one but limitless combinations out there and what I came up with is best for my formation, namely a 4-4-2. They way I play the game *on Android, I always beat the CPU with this system. With this formation and squad here are the guaranteed tactics for a win. Guaranteed in the sense for Android only since I have not used them in any other device.
The Squad
Simple enough, a squad which consists mainly of Chelsea players but in terms of nationality Argentinian dominates. Do note all except Reus is from the Premier League and naturally the manager is Jose Mourihno although I would prefer if you used an Argentine manager and changed his league to EPL. Do note that the RM should be Lamela since he is an Argentine but unfortunately the Chemistry would not increase beyond 100% so I used Walcott since he has pace. Described below :
The Tactics
1) Defend Well. If your opponent has some pacy strikers make sure you switch Gary Cahill with Luis making Luis the centreback, But number one, when you give up the ball make sure you defend, if you're too lazy, you'll loose nearly all the time.
2) When you have the ball get it to the keeper first allowing your squad to form its shape, then pass it to Kompany, run forward with the ball and as soon as the opponent striker commits go as close to him as possible and pass it to Cahill.
3) Now sprint with the ball and pass it on to Hazard.
4) Double tap pass to initiate pass and go, by passing it to Di Maria
5) Dribble the ball forwards and as soon as you see a passing lane, give it back to Hazard.
6) Initiate your strikers to make a run and by timing your pass to perfection touch on the opponents box to initiate a through pass or lob into the box.
7) Aguero or Reus will surely get there first
8) If the opponent Centre backs catch up with you, dont pass the ball to your strikers however give it to your LM or RM.
9) Sprint with the ball and put a low cross in or sprint to the edge of the goalkeeper's line and dramatically reverse your direction, now sprint on the line of the box making your way into the centre of the box before letting one go.
10) Or If no passing lanes appear, reset. With this method you'll always end up with more possession than your opponent.
